Review: Urban Decay De-Slick Oil-Control Makeup Setting Spray
I feel like I'm constantly tweaking my make-up routine. I'm always looking for something new or to make something last longer, look better, etc. Lucky for me there are so many companies out there who want to help me in my mission to enhance my beauty life. I came across Urban Decay's Makeup Setting Spray a few weeks ago on one of my favorite beauty blogs. Now, I love getting my hands of new things with big promises but I don't always want to dish out the money for a full bottle of the product. So when I found the travel size bottle of this at Macys, I decided it was the perfect time to try it out.
The setting spray comes in two versions: the all nighter long-lasting and the de-slick oil control. I was getting ready to go to New Orleans for the weekend so I decided that the oil control might be a good choice.
My make-up regimen currently features a primer (I'm currently using a few) but my hope for this spray was that my blush would last longer. Believe it or not? It works! I've been using Urban Decay's eye shadow primer for a bit and knew that I loved it. So it shouldn't have been a surprise that this setting spray delivered! If you are an oily person, I'd lean more towards the de-slick but if you want a good setting spray the all nighter is a good choice.
The last step of my make-up routine has come to include this daily and I'm pleasantly surprised every afternoon to see my blush holding strong. Powder or tint? I find them both still beautiful after hours of wear. I'd recommend this in a heartbeat and have already done so!
