Review: Chanel Illusion D'Ombre LONG WEAR LUMINOUS EYESHADOW
It was a friday night of wandering Atlantic Station when I happened upon the Chanel counter of Dillards. Now, as all lovely beauty counter ladies do, I was approached and every so kindly asked, "is there something I can help you find?" Typically, when asked this question I politely reply, "No, but thank you. I'm just looking around." But that night, I gave her my list of items and ended up with a purchase I adore.
The shadow is very creamy, and glides on my eyes very smoothly. I use it often as a base to build off of or even to create the tint for my Hart of Dixie inspired Tansy eyes I've been rocking lately. Regardless, this little jar does wonders for everything I want to do. On the rare occasion I pack small when traveling, this shadow helps me do more without having to pack more. I love it and of course felt the need to share. If you've tried it, let me know what you think! I'd love to hear it.
On a side note, I got the chance to visit the set of Ladies Night yesterday as an audience member. The show was fabulous and a real chance to hear women talk about issues. I felt engaged and challenged as an audience member. Their webisodes will be airing soon so make sure to check them out!
